What You'll Learn

Over 4 weeks, you will build your practice step by step — learning the techniques and how to weave them into daily life.

Preparing yourself to meditate

How to sit comfortably, release physical and mental tensions, and use breathing techniques to settle into stillness.

Calm your mind

Receive a sacred mantra passed down through generations of Yogis. Working with vibration, it calms the heart and mind, bringing a sense of inner peace — especially helpful if you've struggled with a busy, restless mind.

Expand your awareness

Meditation is an expansion of awareness. Learn how affirmations and visualisations can deepen your experience and help you cultivate greater peace and joy

Build a lasting practice

Tips for establishing a consistent daily practice. Ways to bring these skills into real life — and guidance on your next steps if you'd like to go further.
